OSHA Fines Plumbing Contractor $145,860 Following Fatality

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined an Ohio plumbing contractor $145,800 for allegedly exposing workers to trenching and excavation hazards. The agency commonly referred to as OSHA said an employee for Payne Enterprises Inc. in Dayton was killed in a trench collapse at a residential construction site.
