A bill that would allow non-residents injured while working in Wyoming to be covered by the workers’ compensation laws of their home state is one of two measures set for a final vote in the state House of Representatives.
The lower chamber on Friday passed House Bill 10 and House Bill 122, which would eliminate special education teachers from the extra hazardous occupation category, on second reading. The full House will have to vote on the bills one more time to send the measures to the Senate for consideration.
