The Maryland Appellate Court upheld the denial of a worker’s claim of occupational disease and accidental injury from his alleged chemical exposure. Robert Butler worked as a driver for Velocity Rail Solutions. He allegedly was injured by inhaling chemical fumes in his Velocity work truck in February 2019.
