California lawmakers will hear testimony regarding a proposal to request an investigation into whether the workers’ compensation system provides men with different benefits than women, as well as hear testimony on a proposal to create a post-traumatic stress disorder presumption for state nurses and psychiatric technicians.
The Assembly Insurance Committee is scheduled to hear testimony on AB 1145 during a hearing that starts at 9 a.m. April 12.
