Maximum and Minimum Income Benefits Raised 1.6%

The maximum weekly indemnity benefits for calendar year 2018 will be $848.41, based on the average weekly wage of the same amount for calendar year 2016, the Department of Workers’ Claims says. The agency’s complete schedule of indemnity benefits can be found here. Weekly benefits for temporary and permanent total disabilities, and for permanent partial injuries, will be paid at two-thirds of the worker’s average weekly wage, up to a maximum of $848.41.
