The maximum weekly indemnity benefits for calendar year 2018 will be $848.41, based on the average weekly wage of the same amount for calendar year 2016, the Department of Workers’ Claims says.

Weekly benefits for temporary and permanent total disabilities, and for permanent partial injuries, will be paid at two-thirds of the worker’s average weekly wage, up to a maximum of $848.41.
That represents an increase in the maximum rate of 1.6% over 2017.
