U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspectors have fined a pallet rental and repair company $58,500 for lacking a hearing protection program and failing to report the hospitalization of a worker.
The administration has issued four citations to Peco Pallet, which rents and repairs pallets at locations across North America, according to a Tuesday press release.
