Measures Propose Working Group to Recommend System Improvements

Multiple resolutions before Hawaii lawmakers would direct the state Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to convene a working group to "streamline" the workers' compensation process. While there are five resolutions in total with the same proposal, House Concurrent Resolution 168 and House Resolution 104 appear to be the frontrunners; they are the only two measures to receive a hearing.
