Scott Shader Joins CopperPoint as Chief Operating Officer

CopperPoint Insurance Cos. has hired Scott Shader as the company’s chief operating officer. Shader has more than 30 years of insurance industry experience. Before joining CopperPoint, he was executive vice president at Endurance Express, a commercial lines carrier. Before that, he was executive vice president at Axis Capital. Shader also worked for four years at Hanover Insurance, where he was president of small commercial, and for two years at Travelers Insurance.
