An upstate New York pallet recycler is upset with the Occupational Health and Safety Administration and says he's going to sue.
Power Pallet Inc. owner Sam Donadio said last week that OSHA inspectors visited his plant before the company moved from Schenectady to Amsterdam. Citations and a proposed $120,000 fine followed the March site visit.
OSHA on Friday announced its action against Donadio's company. He told the Albany Business Review journal that his company will sue OSHA because of the penalties.
Donadio insisted all safety violations OSHA noted during mid-March have been corrected.
