The number of medical disputes in Texas have dropped more than 60% in the last decade, coinciding with some big changes in state regulations, according to a new report from researchers at the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation. The report looked at outcomes since Texas became one of the first states to adopt a closed drug formulary in 2011.
