The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued notices to the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest in California regarding violations of workplace health and safety standards that exposed workers to toxic materials, including lead, cadmium and beryllium.Fleet Readiness Center Southwest is an agency of the U.S. Navy, with a workforce of about 10,000.
