Bills requiring workers' compensation carriers in Montana to provide loss-run information to policyholders, reducing the requisite impairment level to qualify for vocational-rehabilitation benefits and authorizing temporary appointments of work comp judges were filed in advance of the 2015 legislative session that begins Jan. 5.
