The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Special Investigations Department last Friday announced the conviction of eight fraudsters, one of whom was ordered to pay $1.8 million in restitution.
In all of the cases the bureau announced, the individuals pleaded guilty to various fraudulent workers’ compensation activities.
