Judge, Clerk Say Budget Cuts Could Slow Comp Appeals

The budget cuts caused by the pandemic and the loss of revenue for the State of New York will have a significant impact on the appeals court that handles workers' compensation cases, a departing judge and the court clerk said. “It's not good.
