A New York appellate court ruled that a worker was entitled to two schedule loss of use awards for separate injuries to his right leg.
Percival Webster worked for the Office of Children & Family Services. He injured his right knee at work in April 2018.
Webster established a workers’ compensation claim for his injury and was awarded, upon stipulation, a 50% schedule loss of use award for his right leg.
