OSHA's Grain-Handling Facility Inspections Yield $83K Fine for Texas Manufacturer

Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspectors carrying out investigations of grain-handling facilities cited CPE Feeds Inc. in Brownfield for 22 violations of work safety protocol.  At CPE Foods, a feed manufacturer, inspectors found: Exposed wires.
