The Oregon Court of Appeals upheld a finding that a worker was not entitled to a permanent partial disability award for a shoulder injury. Case: Marholin v. SAIF Corp., No. 775, 08/27/2025, unpublished. Facts: Isaac Marholin injured his left shoulder at work while moving a patient in bed in June 2021.
