The Kentucky Supreme Court last week suspended a Louisville-area attorney for five years for misconduct related to his representation of multiple clients in their workers’ compensation claims.
Eric Tuley Weiner, who was admitted to practice in 2013, was indefinitely suspended in January 2021 upon a finding of probable cause to believe his conduct posed a substantial threat of harm to his clients or the public, and he was mentally disabled or addicted to intoxicants or drugs to the extent he no longer had the physical or mental fitness to continue to practice law.
