OSHA: Truck Repair Company Retaliated Against Manager Who Raised Safety Concerns

A nationwide truck repair and parts supplier has been ordered to pay $190,000 in back wages and damages for demoting, and eventually forcing out, a manager who had complained about safety violations, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced on Wednesday.
