Jay Nixon vetoed a bill on Tuesday that would have created an online workers' compensation claims database because of privacy concerns and the potential to use the database to commit disability discrimination. The governor vetoed Senate Bill 34, by state Sen. Mike Cunningham, R-Rogersville, on Tuesday.
