DWC Posts 2026 Audit Standards

The California Division of Workers' Compensation announced the standards it will use for profile audit review of adjusting locations throughout the state next year. The DWC said the PAR performance standard for 2026 audits is 1.58582. Audit subjects that score 1.58582 or lower will be required to pay any unpaid compensation but will not be assessed administrative penalties.
