Trucking Firm Facing $113K in Penalties after Worker's Death

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited a trucking company for 11 safety and health violations and $113,400 in proposed penalties after a temporary worker died while cleaning the inside of a tanker trailer. The federal agency cited Sherman Brothers Trucking, which does business as Team Transport, for the violations after an April inspection of its facility in Crossett, Ark.
