Treatment Provider Can't Pursue Claim for Payment Against Employer

The Illinois Appellate Court ruled that a treatment provider could not pursue a claim for payment against an employer for services rendered to an injured worker as a third-party beneficiary of a settlement. Michael Sullivan suffered injuries in 2010 while working for F.W. Electric Inc. and filed a workers’ compensation claim.
