No Enhanced Award for Worker Injured in Accident Caused by Supervisor's Reckless Driving

The Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled that a worker who suffered injuries in a car accident was not entitled to an enhanced award of benefits because he failed to prove there was a feasible way for his employer to prevent his supervisor from driving recklessly while under the influence of marijuana.
