The California Division of Workers’ Compensation opened bidding for independent medical review and independent bill review contracts.
The division posted requests for proposals from companies interested in providing IMR or IBR services to the state’s workers’ compensation system. Maximus Federal Services has been providing both services created by Senate Bill 863 since the reform bill took effect at the start of 2013.
