Defendants Get Partial Summary Judgment on Labor Law Claim, Not Indemnification Claim

A New York appellate court ruled that the defendants in a Labor Law action were entitled to summary judgment dismissing some of the injured worker’s claims, but they were not entitled to summary judgment on their indemnification claim.
