A bill that would require workers’ compensation insurance to cover treatment to prevent illness following a worker’s on-the-job exposure to blood-borne disease is moving forward in the New Hampshire legislature.
The House Labor, Industrial and Rehabilitative Services Committee voted 19-0 last week to recommend approval of House Bill 407 as amended.
