Oregon OSHA Slaps 7th Safety Violation on Builder

Bravo's Construction Services of Woodburn faces state OSHA fines of $72,825 for repeatedly failing to protect its employees from falls − the seventh citation since 2013. The fine resulted from an October inspection at a work site in Portland where a worker was exposed to a fall of more than 20 feet.The October inspection also resulted in violations for inadequate scaffold design, not ensuring employees wore safety glasses and not holding safety committee meetings.
