OIR Mulling NCCI's Rate-Cut Filing after Public Hearing

Following its public hearing last Tuesday on a proposed 3.3% statewide decrease in workers’ compensation rates for Florida, the state’s Office of Insurance Regulation is considering the National Council on Compensation Insurance’s filing.
