Alston & Bird to Lead Webinar on Post-Obamacare World

The Self-Insurance Institute of America will host a webinar Jan. 7 on the implications of a post-Obamacare world, following the recent ruling by a Texas federal judge.

Ashley Gillihan and John Hickman, attorneys from the law firm of Alston & Bird, are considered authorities on compliance with the Affordable Care Act. They will lead the discussion, according to a bulletin from the SIIA.

"While it’s impossible to know whether or not a recent federal district court ruling invalidating the Affordable Care Act will be upheld, it has already sparked discussion about numerous 'what if' scenarios should the ruling stick," the bulletin reads.
