National Fraud Fighters Laud Bill to Target Comp Scams

The national Coalition Against Insurance Fraud says a bill introduced in Iowa to combat workers’ compensation fraud is “very impressive” because it targets all stakeholders. Senate Study Bill 3165, introduced Wednesday by the Senate Commerce Committee, would create a new workers’ compensation fraud unit inside the Insurance Division’s Insurance Fraud Bureau.
