TDI to Hold Consecutive Hearings to Consider Rates, Relativities

Texas Insurance Commissioner Julia Rathgeber will hold a pair of back-to-back public hearings on Dec. 12 to review rates charged by workers’ compensation insurers and to consider revised relativity rates, the Texas Department of Insurance announced.
