Texas Insurance Commissioner Julia Rathgeber will hold a pair of back-to-back public hearings on Dec. 12 to review rates charged by workers’ compensation insurers and to consider revised relativity rates, the Texas Department of Insurance announced.
The first hearing will begin at 9 a.m. and will look at factors potentially influencing rates in the state.
