CAAA's Top Cases of 2007

The California Applicants’ Attorneys Association winter seminar has listed the top cases of 2007. These cases often involve varying aspects of State Bill 899, including apportionment, new schedule/old schedule, permanent disability, and more. The panel discussing these decisions noted that many of the recent appellate court opinions have gone unpublished, and that Azizi, Chang, and Vera are the leading published cases.
