DWC Closes Offices to Walk-Ins

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation on Tuesday announced that it will no longer offer in-person customer assistance at its field offices due to ongoing safety concerns with COVID-19. The DWC said workers will still be available to help people with their claims over the phone.
