DWC Corrects Typo in Reimbursement Dispute Rules

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has corrected a typographical error in proposed rules governing medical reimbursement disputes. The division on Tuesday published the change to the 69L-31.007 administrative rule, Section 1, which would require medical providers who file petitions to serve insurance carriers through certified mail. The set of rules was written in 2008, and the division has considered numerous changes to them in recent years.
