DWC Corrects Typo in Reimbursement Dispute Rules

The Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has corrected a typographical error in proposed rules governing medical reimbursement disputes. The division on Tuesday published the change to the 69L-31.007 administrative rule, Section 1, which would require medical providers who file petitions to serve insurance carriers through certified mail.
