Industrial Commission Meeting Dec. 3

The Arizona Industrial Commission will review the Division of Occupational Safety and Health file manual and consider penalties for uninsured employers and employers charged with safety violations during a Dec. 3 meeting in Phoenix. Commission members will discuss and possibly approve penalties for seven employers alleged to have illegally operated without workers' compensation insurance. And they will discuss penalties for three employers accused of safety violations.
