The Ethics Advisory Committee found no misconduct in any of the 27 complaints against California workers’ compensation judges it resolved in 2020, according to a report released Tuesday.
The Ethics Advisory Committee caseload for 2020 was 32 complaints, including 26 new complaints filed last year, three from 2019 that were pending ongoing investigation and three more that were filed after the committee’s last meeting in 2019.
