Gideon Baum Named CWCI COO

The California Workers’ Compensation Institute named Gideon Baum, the former consultant to the state Senate committee that handled work comp bills, as its new chief operating officer. Baum most recently worked as vice president of policy at the California Hospital Association. Before that, he was staff director for the Senate Committee on Labor, Public Employment and Retirement.
