Average Audit Scores Increase for UR Organizations in 2015

Utilization review organizations performed better in 2015 than in any other year since the California Division of Workers' Compensation started auditing them in 2007. The average score for 22 companies audited in 2015 was 95%, according to a WorkCompCentral analysis of audit results the DWC posted to its website last week. The average score in 2014 was 93.8%, and in 2013, it was 93.1%.
