Division Posts Guide for Online QME Requests

The California Division of Workers' Compensation posted a 13-page guide for using the new online form to request a qualified medical evaluator panel. The guide provides information about the fields that have to be filled out to use the Division's website for requesting a QME.  The DWC launched the website Oct. 1, and attorneys in represented cases have to use the electronic application process.
