Rule-Making Petitions Tweaked in Workers' Compensation

Department of Insurance officials tweaked provisions concerning rule-making petitions involving workers’ compensation in a move published Friday in the Texas Register. The department also tweaked its own name by dropping the word “commission” from its old name.
