Employer Must Pay PTD to Worker for Grain Dust Exposure from Neighboring Facility

The Supreme Court of Tennessee, Special Workers' Compensation Appeals Panel ruled that a worker was entitled to permanent and total disability benefits based on a chronic lung condition that was caused by his exposure to grain dust from a facility that was adjacent to his workplace.
