Langham: A Lesson in Appellate Practice

Last Friday, the Florida First District Court of Appeal rendered a decision in O'Conner v. Indian River County. It is worthy of review because it can provide broader edification and guidance than perhaps perceived at first glance. This case has many similarities to the court's decision last month in Miles v.
