Starting Feb. 11, insurers must submit all requests for Subsequent Injury Fund reimbursements electronically, using updated forms, the Texas Division of Workers' Compensation announced Monday.
The DWC has adopted final rules requiring electronic submissions and has posted revised forms on its website. The forms may be submitted via electronic file transfer, encrypted email or through fax. Insurers needing to establish file transfer accounts can email eFilingHelp@tdi.texas.gov.
