Panel Upholds Award for Worker's Hearing Loss, Reduces Vocational Disability Rating

The Supreme Court of Tennessee’s Special Workers’ Compensation Panel upheld an award of benefits to a boilermaker for his hearing loss but reduced his vocational disability award to account for the fact that his hearing loss had not affected his employability.
