The Montana Workers’ Compensation Court released an unofficial draft of revised procedural rules that go into effect March 15.
The court in February adopted new rules relating to pretrial identification of witnesses and exhibits, and withdrawal of attorneys. At the same time, the court updated 21 additional rules of procedure based on input that an advisory committee provided during an informal rule review process.
