Maximum Weekly Benefit Will Remain at $913

The Division of Workers’ Compensation has set a new average weekly wage, and maximum and minimum benefits, for dates of injury between Oct. 1 and Sept. 30, 2018. The average weekly wage is set at $913.37 for the coming year.
