The Division of Workers’ Compensation has set a new average weekly wage, and maximum and minimum benefits, for dates of injury between Oct. 1 and Sept. 30, 2018.
The average weekly wage is set at $913.37 for the coming year. The maximum weekly benefit rate will be $913 and the minimum $137, the agency said, and represent no change from the rates set for Oct. 1, 2016, through Sept. 30.
