Attorney Files new Challenge to Oklahoma Option in District Court

An Oklahoma City claimants’ attorney filed a district court challenge Wednesday to Oklahoma’s voluntary workers’ compensation scheme, known as the Oklahoma Option, just two days after the state Supreme Court declined to assume original jurisdiction on a separate Option challenge by the same attorney.
