Facts: Grittiya Phutlek worked for Sarapee Hirankarn. She fell down several stairs while carrying produce at work in February 2015.
Phutlek was diagnosed with a fractured wrist, triangular fibrocartilage tear, a right hip condition and lumbar radiculopathy.
