WCB Delays Formulary Update, Cannabis Clarification

The New York Workers’ Compensation Board announced that formulary regulations intended to take effect Wednesday are being deferred to coincide with the launch of a new online claims management system called OnBoard. The board on Wednesday published in the State Register revised rules setting a new date for complying with the formulary for refills and renewals, a rule that was previously delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
